No returns will be accepted unless authorization has been given. Fabric cannot be returned for credit after it has been cut. Yardage must be inspected for flaws, correctness of color, pattern, quantity and quality before you cut the fabric, and all claims must be made within 30 days of the date of shipment. Delivery dates for backordered fabrics are estimated times of arrival. Refused shipments or cancellations after shipment has been made are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus all shipping charges. There are no returns on special orders. If you want to cancel your order, it must be done by 5pm e.s.t on the date of your order, by e-mail. If you decide to cancel your order, before it has been processed by the end of business day, 5pm e.s.t, there will be no cancellation fee unless the fabric has already been cut. If you cancel your order any time after that and the fabric has not been cut but the order has been processed, there will be a 5% cancellation fee.
Fabrics and Home also uses third party service providers (each a “Service Provider“), such as Google Analytics, that administer various services, such as web analytics and data facilitation, that may use technologies such as cookies, web beacons, and web server logs to assist with analyzing how visitors come upon and use the Website. The information gathered through such means is disclosed to and gathered directly by these Service Providers, and any Service Provider’s use of such information is subject to the Service Provider’s privacy policies, and not Fabrics and Home’s.
If you have a registered Account with Fabrics and Home, you may access, review, and make changes to your Personal Information and certain Other Information by following the instructions on the Website. In addition, you may manage your receipt of marketing and non-transactional communications by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link located on the bottom of any Fabrics and Home marketing email. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to process such requests in a timely manner. You should be aware, however, that it is not always possible to completely remove or modify information in our subscription databases.
