Wolf Gordon has made their name by producing provocative and innovative wallcoverings that soon become contemporary classics. Since 1967, Wolf Gordon has always sought to innovate and introduce new designs to their custom wallcoverings designs ever-growing collection. Over the years they have created wallcovering patterns out of a company logo, and designed site-specific patterns from scratch. They pioneered the “kit of parts” when they screen printed a collection of ten patterns in 1982 called “Metropole”. Wolf Gordon has also sought to innovate when it comes to sustainability, leading the way in the use of recycled content and focusing on low-VOC emissions.

HISTORY

Nearly half a century ago, Wolf Gordon began as a combination of friendship and sales acumen when four friends decided to form their own company.  They specialized in the distribution of vinyl wallcovering, which was exploding in the commercial design markets at the time. Soon this New York City Company was expanding across the United States and forming relationships with our countries best interior designers. Today, the second generation of management continues to guide Wolf Gordon to new heights, including expanding representation into the Near and Far East. Today, in addition to wallcoverings, Wolf Gordon offers a line of textiles, upholstery fabrics and paint.
