ABOUT PINDLER FABRICS
For more than half a century the name Pindler has stood for more than just a line of fabrics. The Pindler name has become a guarantee; a commitment to provide a collection of textiles that are unique and of the highest quality. Pindler’s designs and fabrics have been highlighted by numerous publications including HGTV, Southern Living, House Beautiful, and Elle Décor magazine.
FABRIC COLLECTION
The Pindler line is known for its exclusive collections of design excellence. Their Hearst Castle Collection is the result of Pindler’s design group working with the curators of the famed Hearst Castle thus creating a line of fabrics based on that historic residence. The line is filled with unique tapestries, luxurious chenille upholstery, and breathtaking damasks. Newport Mansions is another exclusive line that draws its inspiration from the archives of the Doris Duke Rough Point residence. Available in both indoor and outdoor textiles, the collection is full of striking patterns and rich colors that harken back to Ms. Dukes world travels. Other lines such as Mirage, Big Sky and Aragon among others complete the wide variety of looks, styles, and textures that are available through the Pindler brand.
HISTORY
In 1947, Pindler & Pindler opened their first store in Los Angeles. A family affair, the company was known mostly as a drapery jobber for the first few years in the business. Over the decades Pindler& Pindler continually expanded and increased their brand recognition and soon the company was carrying upholstery fabrics, prints, drapery, and trim. Today, Pindler offers an expanded line of fabrics that continues to set the standard for quality and customer service.
