The creation of Lee Jofa began in 1823 when Englishman, George Johnson, began a rope-making firm on the docks of New York City. Today, Lee Jofa is part of the Kravet family of design and home furnishings. Kravet, established in 1918 is a fourth generation family business that is a recognized leader in home décor.
