Madagascar takes us into the wild, with an animal print that uses traditional bold color schemes. Carlton V’s commitment to gorgeous prints continue to inspire and delight.
In 1973, Carleton B. Varney Jr, the President of Dorothy Draper, began his own company that created a line of textiles and wallcoverings for Draper’s higher-end clients. The style was distinct with the use of bold colors and large scale printed fabric and matching wallcoverings. The look would come to be known as “draper-esque”, something that remains unique to this day.
